ADHD Coaching Services
ADHD coaching is a new and growing field, particularly with the increased identification of ADHD. My training is certified by both Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance. My psychological background means I have a broad knowledge of additional theories I use in coaching, especially understanding how ADHD impacts things like memory, focus, organisation and motivation.
Coaching is about forming a collaborative partnership. We work together towards the goals you have identified for your ADHD support needs. As a coach, my job is to help you identify what is important to you. We develop your understanding of your own unique strengths and core values. From there, we build sustainable strategies to support your goals, as well as answering any questions you may have about ADHD along the way.
My coaching is built on neurodiversity affirming practice. This validates and recognises the different ways you experience the world, rather than seeing ADHD as something to be ‘fixed’, while acknowledging and validating the challenges you are seeking support for.
Coaching typically takes place over six to eight sessions, but this is flexible. Sessions last between 50 minutes to an hour. I offer coaching services online to adults and to young people within their schools. I also offer coaching services and ADHD training to schools and other organisations to support neurodiversity affirming environments.
Individual coaching sessions cost £100 per session. For school and organisational coaching and training packages, quotes are tailored to your bespoke needs.

Before starting the coaching sessions with Charlotte, I found revising for exams, completing tasks around the house and concentrating for a certain period of time challenging. The main reason for this was due to the ADHD symptoms I experienced. As a result, I was procrastinating so much that I lacked the motivation to do anything, even when I had or wanted to do something. I really appreciated how Charlotte took the time to understand my situation before offering tailored suggestions to help me improve my focus, concentration and manage procrastination. Some of the strategies worked particularly well for me, which I still use and even those that didn’t quite fit provided me with useful insights about what does and doesn’t work for my personal style. I will forever be thankful for the support and guidance Charlotte has given me and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much
