Welcome to Charlotte Davies Psychology. I am Dr Charlotte Davies, an HCPC registered Educational Psychologist and ADHD coach. I offer educational psychology services across South Kesteven, Lincolnshire and the surrounding East Midlands, as well as online ADHD coaching services.
I completed my Doctorate in Applied Educational Psychology at the University of Nottingham in 2021. I have worked for a range of local authorities across the East Midlands and East of England. As well as my doctorate, I have an MSc in Developmental Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. I use this breadth of education and knowledge to inform my work, drawing on a wide range of psychological theory and skill.
In 2024, I undertook further training to develop my skills as an ADHD coach. My coaching qualification is dual accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance, to ensure the highest standards in my professional practice.
At the centre of my work, in coaching or educational psychology, is positive psychology. Positive psychology is an approach based on understanding what a person needs to thrive, considering their skills and strengths as a foundation to support their areas of need. Alongside this, neurodiversity affirming practice is embedded throughout my work. My aim is to ensure that all my clients feel that both their strengths and needs are fully seen and understood and that they and the people supporting them have the right tools and strategies to confidently enable them to achieve their goals.
